Shipping and preorders

Preorders are charged in full when your order is placed.

Expected dispatch window: 0-2 days

Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch. They do not include the time spent waiting for preorder stock or completing engraving.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8 for orders below $100; free for orders of $100 or more. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: $15. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Express shipping does not speed up preorder availability or engraving.

Personalised orders

Engraving is available on phone cases for $12.99 per item. Any additional processing time will be stated before purchase.

Delays

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law.
