Watch Guide

Check your Apple Watch model, case size and wrist measurement before choosing a HARROW leather strap.

Identify your watch

Check the engraving on the back of your Apple Watch for its case size in millimetres.

To find your model, open the Watch app on your iPhone, then General → About and check Model Name.

You need both the model and case size to confirm compatibility. A size such as “42 mm” alone may not identify the correct strap connection across different generations.

Confirm compatibility before ordering

This Harrow leather strap fits Apple Watch Ultra models only. It is not compatible with other Apple Watch models.

On your iPhone, open the Watch app → General → About and check Model Name before ordering. If you are unsure, contact sales.us@harrowcollection.com before purchasing.

Check your wrist measurement

The HARROW leather strap is designed for wrists measuring 150–210 mm.

Measure around your wrist where you normally wear your watch. The strap should feel secure and comfortable without being excessively tight.

Fit your strap

Press and hold the band-release button on the back of your watch, then slide the existing band sideways out of its slot.

Slide the replacement strap into place until it locks. Never force the connector. Gently check that both sections are secure before wearing your watch.

If either section slides out without pressing the release button, do not wear the watch.

Care for the leather

Remove your leather strap before swimming, showering or heavy exercise. If it becomes damp, let it dry naturally away from direct heat.
